Teaching English internship in London - No fees involved!
Our English teaching internship program has a perfect mix of learning and teaching. It’s great opportunity for a Student whose English is at a native standard and is interested in learning more about teaching and gaining valuable work experience.
Our collaborator is a language school which promotes flexible teaching positions in different areas of Europe. They provide classes that are taught when the student decides, being really flexible to adapt to schedules. Classes will be 1 to 1 and last 30min per each. After these classes the grouplessons will start. Students to be taught are normally aged between 25 to 55. Working day is generally from 10.30 till 14.30 and 17.30 till 21.30 (from Monday to Friday) in Spain, but it can vary depending on a school.
You will start the program with a training; starting to learn the teaching methods of the school. Training will start on the first week of your arrival. First, you will follow the lessons and gradually, after assimilating the methods you, yourself will start to teach more and more.
The team you will work with is multilingual with different cultural backgrounds. During your internship you will learn new languages and more about other cultures as well.

Salary & Payment
Your salary will be 500 Euros (about 390 GBP) per month for 8 hours of work per day. The salary is paid to you in cash or bank transfer.
Destination - London
It’s the capital city of United Kingdom located on the banks of river Thames and is the most populated city in Europe. The city boasts with a lot of history and traditions going all the way back to medieval times and the times of the British Empire in the 19th century. London is a huge "melting pot" for hundreds of different ethnicities, nationalities and cultures that are all more or less trying to teach themselves the English ways of living and the English language. Certainly, London is one of the biggest global centres in the world when it comes to arts, entertainment, commerce, and fashion. And when it comes to education, London boasts with incredible 43 universities in the metropolitan area. That is why London, the capital of England, the very birth place of English language, is an ideal place to go and teach English.
Every intern is in charge of arranging his own accommodation. However, we would like to help you to find your accommodation by providing the contacts of variety of real estate agencies.
Which information should interns provide?
Whether you are currently studying or a recent graduate, we require you to be able to get a training agreement from your university or school. Students without the agreement unfortunately cannot be served. Note, that many universities can and will arrange training agreements for their recently graduated students!
If you are European or from US and staying less than 90 days, or you have a valid Schengen access and you are less than 90 days you don’t need to get any Visas. Otherwise, if you will need a Visa there will be some necessary documents for visa application and we can provide you more information of the process.
Teaching English placements are available from September 2013.
