Company Description:

Our collaborator is a fast growing company providing service for pet owners. They are looking for customer Relations Management intern who will have responsibility and impact of the customers´ activities from day one. Joining the program helps the intern improve their skills and as well gain valuable experience in real business life to be a successful problem solver in future

Tasks:

-Deal with the customers via phone, chat or email

-Identify customer needs

-Contribute to customer service

-Additional tasks depending on certain skills and preferences

Requirements:

-Love for pets

-Smart and active students

-Strong oral communication skills

-Ability for multitasking

-High level in English and French/Spanish/German/Portuguese/Italian/Polish/Dutch/Russian

Starting time and duration: As soon as possible for 3 to 6 months

Location: Paris (France)

Benefits: 436, 05 €/month + Housing subsidies (100 €/motnh) + transportation subsidies (50%)
