Our collaborator is well known company specialized in the Project Based Services department. Being a fast growing company, they are looking for an intern to work in their offices in Madrid. The team is responsible for processing and managing services contracts between the organization and it's clients. You will be supporting the Project Administrator in his/her daily tasks and will be fully involved in the daily operations applying Project Based Services & Contract related processes. Their ideal candidate is someone interested in developing a career in the world of business technology. If you are an accountable and hands-on person and you want to learn from professionals, then this is your chance.

Job description:

Tasks that can be required:

  • - Get to know project based processes in a multicultural environment
  • - Gathering necessary contract documents
  • - Collecting materials
  • - Dealing with department reports
  • - Processing funds
  • - Searching for data
  • - Administrate team work flow
  • - Dealing with contracts

Language requirements:

Fluent in English,
Another European language will be considered as a plus.

Other requirements:

  • - Self organizing
  • - Good team player
  • - Effective and committed
  • - Working within a multinational environment

Duration: minimum of 3 months, flexible

Administration / Economics
