Paid Customer Service and Administration Internship in Seville, Spain (Spanish speakers)


  • Customer Service:

    • Answering customer calls and emails in an efficient and professional manner.

    • Resolving customer problems and complaints in a satisfactory manner.

    • Provide information on products and services to customers.

    • Processing orders and returns.

    • Conducting customer satisfaction surveys.

  • Administration:

    • Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing documents and managing email.

    • Prepare reports and presentations.

    • Managing the diary and scheduling appointments.

    • Organise events and meetings.

    • Making purchases and payments.



  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Spanish as native standard.
  • Problem solving skills.

  • Spanish as native standar.

  • Proactive attitude.

  • Willingness to learn.



  • Economic compensation: 300 euros.

  • Possibility of being hired.

  • Modern office.

  • Possibility of some teleworking days.


Availability and hours:

Start date: As soon as possible, 5 months minimum.

Working hours: Full-time position.
