Customer Success Internship in a high growth technology startup in Seville - 500€/monthly

Our collaborator is a high growth technology startup company based in Seville. They are focusing on offering technological solutions in the field of tourism. They are currently looking for a proactive person, eager to learn and interested in Startups and technology to join their team. 
 
Tasks:
 
- Support tasks.
- Onboarding of small accounts and specific actions of the Customer Succes team.
- Communication of new functionalities, upselling, NPS,...
- This position require you to maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
- Duties include receiving and making telephone calls and writing emails. 
- This position also requires research and problem-solving skills to trouble shoot customer problems efficiently and effectively.  
- Keep records of customer interactions.
 
Requirements:
 
- Has and maintains a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude.
- Strong decision making and analytical abilities.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in working. 
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Previous experience is a plus.
- Minimum 6 months.
- Able to provide training agreement.
 
Internship hours: 35 per week.
Location: Seville, Spain.
Remuneration: 500 euros per month.
Possibility of being hired after the internship.
