Events, tourism and administration assistant in an events company in Barcelona, Spain

Our collaborator is B2C company that organizes parties and events for their customers to experience the amazing city of Barcelona. They are currently looking for two interns to join their young and dynamic team that are enthusiastic, willing and passsionate about exploring the great city of Barcelona and its social life. 

Tasks:

- Managing their social media accounts (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc)
- Managing marketing campaigns for the hostels
- Managing the booking and tracking of customers
- Assisting in the office (administrative and events tasks)
 
Requirements:

- Language requirements:
  Fluent in English OR Native French and a good level of English
  Basic Spanish
- Minimum duration: 3 months
- Positive and proactive, good decision making skills
- Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint...)
- Previous experience handling marketing campaings would be a plus
- Previous experience as an assistant would be a plus 
- Knowledge of HTML and Photoshop would be a plus
 
Benefits:

- Working hours: from 12 to 6pm 
  5 days a week (either Thursday - Monday or Saturday - Wednesday)
- Salary: 250€ monthly
- Free attendance to the company's events
