International Sales Assistant Internship in Madrid, Spain

Our collaborator is one of the leading lighting brands in Spain located in Torrejón de Ardoz, Madrid. They are currently searching for a Sales Assistant who can offer reliable support to the sales team and help to improve efficiency and sales volumes. You will work as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders, and deliveries. The company works with the largest retailers and a variety of online pure players. This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in B2B sales throughout different channels. They believe in young people and looking for a proactive goal-oriented person. If you are keen on helping them to grow their customer base and are curious about lighting industry, the comapny would like to meet you.

POSITION 1: ITALIAN SPEAKERS

Tasks:
-Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
-Reach out to a new strategic customer
-Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
-Communicate with clients on a regular basis and respond to specific queries
-Customize/build product data-bases
-Check data accuracy in offers and orders
-Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
-Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
-Communicate important feedback from customers internally

Requirements:
-Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
-Excellent level in Italian
-Intermediate level in English and Spanish.
-Solid communication and interpersonal skills
-Strategical thinking
-Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
-Basic administration skills

Benefits: 
400€ monthly
full-time
minimum of 5 months 

POSITION 2: GERMAN SPEAKERS

Tasks:
