This company is working with B2B, and is offering a great opportunity to develop your skills in Berlin. They are providing feedback systems to increase the sales and to create customer loyalty. Clients of collaborating companies are able to evaluate the company services with this system.
Tasks:
- Collection procedure, customer queries regarding open invoices
- Examination of claims and clarification of payment differences
- Manage complaints by phone
- Manage payment agreements
- Monitoring of paid invoices
- Written communication and negotiations with debtors, lawyers and third-parties
- Documentation of own procedures in accounting system
Requirements:
- Languages:
-Business capability in English
-Spanish
- Communication and Negotiation skills
- High motivated and stress resistant
- Corporate think
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Other European language is a plus
Salary and other benefits:
300€/month
Working hours:
40 hours per week
