They are providing feedback systems to increase the sales and to create customer loyalty for different companies. Now they are looking for some candidates to join their international team to face customer challenges!

Location: Berlin

This company is working with B2B, and is offering a great opportunity to develop your skills in Berlin. They are providing feedback systems to increase the sales and to create customer loyalty. Clients of collaborating companies are able to evaluate the company services with this system.

Tasks:
-Edit, process and activate customer reviews
-Communicate with customers and deal with their complaints
-Participate in special projects depending on experience and performance

Requirements:
- Languages: 
                   - Fluent English and native German/Dutch/Spanish
                   - Any other language is a plus
- Friendly and open-minded appearance on phone calls
- Attention and focus
- Multi-task ability and work well under tight deadlines
- Reliability and compromise
- MS Office skills

Salary and other benefits:
300€/month

Working hours:
40 hours per week
