Our collaborator is an e-commerce company located in Barcelona which is renting hotel rooms and fully equipped meeting rooms. They are searching for a bilingual student who will assist them in the accounting tasks.
- Assist the international hotel account manager / area manager / CEO.
- Supervise the international hotel rate parity and availability control.
- Support the reporting process for the international area managers.
- Support the process of new hotels acquisition in an international markets focus.
- Provide support to the customer service department.
- Update international hotels images, content and information on the website.
- Provide support to the hotels account manager in intranet management training for
the international hotels.
- Bilingual English+ Italian/ German/ French
- Spanish would be considered as a plus.
The company is paying 400€ per month.
40 hours per week.
