Back office Internship (accommodation included)

Situated in the beautiful city of Seville, there is a vacancy as a back office mediator at one of our collaborators 4 star hotel. The working hours will be from 09:00am to 03:00pm. It´s a great opportunity to live in one of the most beautiful cities in Spain and to get know some new people. In your spare time you can hit the rooftop bar of the hotel and enjoy a lovely view of an amazing modern monumental structure. Or, you can go shopping in the main shopping street of the city. Main tasks:

  • - Marketing management

  • - Bookings management

  • - Reception, reservations and customer support

  • - Commercial information to customers

  • - Preparation of documents and invoicing


  • - English B2 and level B1 in Spanish

  • - Good communication skills, sociability and adaptability

  • - Tourism or business related studies

  • - High level of motivation, organization and time management skills
