- Respond to customer requests such as check-in and check-out,
- Assisting in the Front Office as required providing information and customer service;
- Reservation management, sales management,
- Answering telephone and email inquiries,
- Support for group bookings,
- Contact suppliers;
- Intermediate English and/or Spanish
- Basic Italian
- Min. 3 months internship
- TRAINING AGREEMENT (provided in the application) signed by your educational institution.
