Hospitality and tourism internship in a Business Centre Hotel based in Seville, Spain

Our colleague is a hotel based in Seville.

They have more than 96 rooms, flexible spaces for food and beverages, events and 1000 parking places making this hotel one of of the most complete and singular complex in sevillian hotel industry.
They are looking for three different profiles:

- Assistant reception.

Languages : English and Spanish medium level, demonstrable.
Previous experience
: not necessary
Requirements: Tourism student

Tasks
to be performed:
  • Check in - check out
  • Booking system update
  • Customer service and telephone staff
Commercial Assistant / Assistant reception.
Languages : English and basic or medium Spanihs demonstrable.
Previous experience: not necessary
Requirements: Interest in customer service and marketing
Tasks to perform: your working day is divided between the receipt and the sales department
  • Tasks reception assistant
  • Monitoring the marketing plan calendar: search for companies and agencies, contact the hotel to send information to closing agreements, monitoring of foreign groups.

Kitchen Assistant:
Languages : Basic Spanish
Previous experience: not necessary
Basic knowledge of kitchen and catering

Tasks
to be performed:
  • Support the chef
  • Preparation of menus for groups
  • Maintenance and cleaning the kitchen after daily tasks
