Placement: Customer service and back-office internship in Mallorca
Our collaborator is specialized in offering extreme sports adventures in Mallorca. The main platform is online booking, where customers can choose and book the different tours and sport activities that the company offers. Furthermore, the company has a store, where customers can book tours directly or just rent equipment as well as buying sports equipment and merchandising.
They offer extreme sports like: kitesurfing, rappel, rock climbing, sup, kayak, horse riding, diving, quad, jetski, balooning, paintball, paragliding, snorkeling, skateboarding, segway, wakeboarding, trekking...etc.
- Supports in the day to day business;
- Customer service;
- Planning and execution of tours;
- Planning and accomplishment of marketing methods such as online marketing and direct marketing.
- Fluent English OR German;
- Spanish is a plus.
- Team oriented;
- Knowledge of MS Office.
Salary and other benefits:
- 100-200 €/month (it depends on the experience)
Working hours: 40 hours/week
